He then begins to organize a system of movements designed to alleviate pain, improve functional movement and avoid further injuries down the road. It is through his experience that he has learned to troubleshoot and identify poor movement patterns, postural discrepancies and muscle imbalances.
For well over a year, I have been a dedicated member of the F45 community, an experience that has completely transformed my life.
